SEW EURODRIVE's extended portfolio of compact extra-low voltage drives offers numerous benefits for customers. The W.03..DCA.. compact right-angle gearmotor series is equipped with tried-and-tested SPIROPLAN^® gearing. Five additional reduction ratios extend the nominal speed range of the existing series. The compact gearmotor is durable, boasts high overload factors and can be supplied with either a hollow or a solid shaft. The F.03..DCA.. compact parallel-shaft helical gearmotor is another new addition to the portfolio. This design is the modern-day alternative to belt gearing. The gearmotor benefits from proven helical gearing and it, too, is available with either a solid or a hollow shaft. The latter supports travel drives with a continuous shaft.

The DCA.. series compact motor used for all 48-volt extra-low voltage drives is an electronically commutated internal rotor motor with a high power density. Featuring fully integrated control electronics with an analog and digital interface, it can be parameterized using an RS485 engineering interface. The portfolio also includes the PN..DCA.. compact planetary gearmotor series. Optimized gear wheel geometry makes for very smooth running, while gear unit selection means the series is also suitable for high peak loads. The KN..DCA.. compact right-angle gearmotor series combines right-angle and planetary stages in a single housing. This drive solution has a very high overload capacity. Its compact design also makes it ideal for the tightest of installation spaces.
