IG Office - Service Coordinator (1st shift) - Wellford, SC
The position involves coordination of service of Industrial Power Transmission, including the return of products to the IG Wellford facility for repair, analysis, or restock for credit. Will schedule repairs and analysis in the most expeditious manner to meet customer needs.
Salary
$20-$22 / hour
Actual Tasks
- Monitor the mailbox, this includes reading and understanding the request in a timely manner to ensure prompt response.
- Issue RGA numbers to customers and associates for returned goods and log Purchase Orders and any other appropriate information.
- Create and provide accurate quotations for field service as well as repair and/or restock of returned goods and do regular follow ups with the customer.
- Process Service Orders and issue Order Acknowledgments and do regular follow ups with the customer.
- Maintain RGA log of all returned goods.
- Create Assembly Decks and Coordinate and schedule repairs with assembly and logistics personnel.
