Basic job functions will include the following:
- Check invoices for payment.
- Put together package, including receiver and purchase order.
- Obtain proper authorizations.
- Code payables for payment.
- Answer vendor inquiries.
- Maintain voided check log.
- Key in Payables into the system.
- Matching Purchase Orders with Receiving Documents.
- Maintain W-9 files.
- Sort mail.
