Develop and implement a Company-wide training strategy. The primary target audience is customer service, salesmen, shop personnel, and customers, but will also include others. The scope of responsibilities will include creating new training material and courses, revising existing training material, creating videos or e-learning material, and conducting training in a classroom setting. These responsibilities will be performed primarily within an office or classroom environment and may require limited travel.
Prefer a two year technical degree, or at least two years equivalent experience. Knowledge of power transmission is preferred. However, training will be provided. Candidate should also possess the following:
